How to use your STOPACHE.US Belt®
1. Connect your StopAche.us Back Belt® with the USB cable included in the package. Plug the USB cable into the USB port of your PC desktop or laptop or anywhere you find a USB socket.
2. Position the StopAche.us Belt® around your waist where the pain or stiffness is most severe —i.e., in the area of the lower back or up to about 4" higher (10 cm), placing the vibration units on both sides of the backbone / spine.
3. Fasten the Velcro strip in the front.
NOTE: You can leave the StopAche.us Belt® in place for as long as necessary to relieve pain. Regular daily treatment for several hours (from 2 hours to all day long) provides considerable relief and allows you to reduce the dose of or need for analgesic medications and prevents lower back pain and rigidity.
